Nelson Landscaping
Nelson Landscaping works with home owners and builders to design and install landscape designs. During an early discussion with my TAB group, I was asking for some ideas that would improve the closing rate for my sales efforts. Included in my peer board were several business owners who had many years of technical selling experience. One of the major takeaways was to understand the budget limitations early in the process, and well before suggesting any solutions or designs. As a result of implementing this change, my closing rate for new customers has increased dramatically. I now close nearly 60% of all the prospects that I meet.
