Any such third party vendors must abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, a prohibition on the (i) dissemination, (ii) sale, or (iii) use for any non-TAB-related purpose of information provided. We disclaim any liability for the misuse of information by any third party vendor, but we will cooperate with you in connection with any proceeding you may elect to institute against such vendor for misuse of information.
We will provide a summary of any information collected from you or delete such information upon request submitted to us at the address listed under “Dispute Resolution” within five (5) business days of the submission of such request unless such information is subject to retention pursuant to Article 21(2) of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Except for the purposes described above, we do not disclose or sell information collected from TAB Members or TAB Facilitators to any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose any such information in response to a lawful request from governmental authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Liability for Onward Transfers to Third Parties

We require that third party vendors abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, a prohibition on the (i) dissemination, (ii) sale, or (iii) use for any non-TAB-related purpose of information provided. We disclaim any liability for the misuse of information by any third party vendor that fails to abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, but we will cooperate with you in connection with any proceeding you may elect to institute against such vendor for misuse of information.
